Is there any cure for derealization ? Is it sign of brain tumor or brain cancer?

Im going through this right now.. but mine is depersonalization. I heard ssri's might help. Not sure. Might be put on them this coming week..

I been on Velantafaxine 75mg for 7 weeks for my anxiaty/Depersonalization and i am starting to have calm momments and Depersonalization but i am seeing results soo i have faith i will be ok. Go to your dr soo they can prescribe you for anxiaty. Depersonalization feeling detached is a symptom of anxiaty and depression. Its not harmless soo dont worry you'll be fine it just takes time and acceptance to this weird symptom in our mind/brain.
