help!!!

guess who’s back... I need reassurance ONCE again.

So my anxiety symptoms are constantly changing, and about 4 weeks ago I was admitted into a psychiatric hospital because my anxiety and depression made me go insane. I was 100% convinced I had a brain tumor... but now I’m 100% convinced I have something wrong with my heart, even though Ive had multiple blood tests and I had many heart test done in February, and I go to the cardiologist every year.

Anyway, it started with my left arm suddenly feeling weak when I’d get anxious... but it would go away after a while. And today I’ve been having chest pains that change from burning to a dull ache. And it seems to go away when I stop thinking about it. But I read on someone else’s forum that apparently you can feel HA symptoms weeks or days before it happens... so now I’m petrified. Has anyone experienced this?? Has anyone experienced new chest pains due to anxiety? Is had so many tests done and they all come back fine... but I’m terrified!!!!

If all tests are normal, you need to believe that,  Anxiety can cause hundreds of symptoms including chest pain.

Go to you tube when you can lay down and relax. Search for meditations on anxiety. Or Detachment from Overthinking.  They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms.

You can start with Mindfulness breathing Guided Meditation 10 minutes or Mindfulness Guided meditation 10 minutes.

If you freak out , the symptoms will get worse.

Relax your mind, breathe properly, take a step back.

Be aware that you are Overthinking this and don’t let negativity control you.

The main thing is get your breathing under control.

Take Care 🌸🌸🌸

If you don't mind me asking how old are you... and trust your not alone. I'm panicking now because I also have chest pain like a tight pressure.. sometimes it comes n go then it stays for a while so trust my love your not alone

even if the tests were done in February?? I had blood work last month and everything was perfect.. but the last time my heart was checked was in Feb. because I had my first panic attack and thought I was having a heart attack
