Does anybody else have left upper quadrent pain under the ribs or that’s not relieved by having a bowel movement ?
Mine travels so much it's hard to say where it stays primarily but I've had it. However mine goes away and I'm assuming mine issue to built up gas pressure but that's just a guess.

IBS can cause pain just about anywhere. While pain is usually relieved by a bowel movement, everyone is different and symptoms vary from person to person.
What disease are you suffering from? Has this been confirmed?
Due to gas problems,muscles or heart are reasons.but I don't know very clearly it vary from person to person.
