So every since last week I've been had this temp of 99.4 -100.0 now I'm so scared I don't know what to do! I'm constantly checking my temp like every 5 mins my mom keeps gettin on my case about it but she doesn't seem to understand! Thts why it's so easy for her to say such. Mt anxiety is on 300 right now! I'm petrified 😢😲 help!!
Have you called your doctor about it yet? 
try taking ibeprofen and Luke warm showers to bring down temp. Do you have any other symptoms besides the fever?
