anymore context here? where is this? I’m assuming this is your labia, right? It just looks like the pores are inflamed to me. If those become ulcerated then it’s definitely herpes.

It could be a really bad yeast infection that has caused inflammation. I use the 7 day off brand monistat for yeast infections. Maybe you can try something that like and see if it goes away.

i personally do not think that is herpes. But please go get it checked out by a doctor, they can put your mind to rest!
