I had unprotected sex about a month ago and only now am I noticing this little bump thing going on? I have been searching online since about 10 am about what it could be? I'm terrified it's the beginning of an STD :( Made an appointment to get tested on Tuesday. Does not hurt to pee either. No burning, just light itching after masturbating. please help!

i also had unprotected sex with someone else after the initial one and hes shown me hes been tested clean. i hate that i may have gotten him infected. hes already been made aware of my situation and i hope it comes up clean or something. i feel so guilty and stupid ive been crying all day
