Help?!?

what might this be- no itching, only burns if i touch it, no issues when urinating. last week (wed) was a tender- on thursday came to a single white head, squeezed it- suspected ingrown hair- irritation went down and had no issues. then had sex sunday and noticed swelling/irritation started again on monday evening. feels as if i shaved off razor bumps- it is located on my vagina about an inch away from my anus.

by looks it kind of resembles herpes, but it would most likely be painful especially when using the restroom. i would test just to be sure
