had rough sex yesterday. doesnt hurt down there any more but when i was having sex did. had repeated rough sex with partner now. feels tender but not painful to touch. now i have a white cast inside vagina, looks like a tear but not sure. regualr partner but have unprotected sex with someone 4months ago and been checked no sign of anything. thinking this could be thrush. itches a bit but not hurting
