Hello I'm a 30 year old Female. i used to post on here all the time, I'm in need of some help I have suffered from major anxiety for a long time now. Both health Anxiety and general anxiety. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say Covid threw me into a major spiral. At the time I was worried about my mom whos labelled high risk and 63 and works in a doctors office as a nurse. My older sister moved home in May and I don't know why that put my mind at ease but this last Thursday night everytime I breathed I would cough. Went Friday and got Covid tested every though I am very careful and a germaphobe. I got the rapid test and it came back negative. But since then I have been having dizziness,Nausaua, headache and body aches . I recently saw a surgeon who told me I had sleep Apena and vitamin D deficiency. I dont know if this is whats causing my jolt in Anxiety or if Something is really wrong i do feel like I sometimes have tingling in my face. But that could just be my mind playing tricks on me. I do suffered from Gerd which is acid reflex which could be causing the cough which has improved. I have spoken to someone who says I could have CFD chronic fatigue syndrome. I have an appt with my GP but that's till Dec 31st i'm trying to avoid Hospitals/Urgent care due to covid. Can anyone talk to me just to ease my mind or keep my mind off of it. is this my anxiety?
Sounds like a huge weight you have on your shoulders there!
Yea covid seems to be the big trigger in my downfall this time so you’re not alone on that one!
Anxiety has many physical symptoms (A lot of which you’re describing)
All the best
Thanks Trucker. I’m hoping my cough is just sinus drainage. but I got Covid tested that came back negative. I really hate anxiety
