I was not a candidate for a pressory and the surgery failed so I was left with primitive method to relieve urination until I came up with this idea. I took a shower seat (Walmart) and drilled more holes & that firm surface pushed my bladder up and straightened out my urethra so I could fully empty my bladder. I drilled holes on one side to clean out inside part of the seat daily. I hope this will help somebody who has the same problem I had in urinating. Shirley.

Hello, I take the legs off the shower seat that I have drilled more holes in near the point on the seat where the urine escapes and place that on the bowl of the toilet seat. I sit on this and the urine will flow threw the holes and into the toilet. Sitting on the seat forces the bladder up, and straightens every thing and allows me to urinate. It is not perfect but it works for me and keeps me dry until I have an urge to urinate again. I need the "board" to fully empty my bladder again. I hope this helps.
