This isn't a question, just a helpful tip about a really good book to read if you're struggling with anxiety.
It's called: The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook (6th edition)
I HIGHLY recommend giving it a read, it is sooo interesting and helpful. I didn't wanna put it down when first reading it! It also comes with a link to their website where there are audio meditation and breathing techniques u can download. I wish I had read something like this years ago when I first started having anxiety - it made me feel so relieved and much calmer.
