Hi, they look like multiple sebaceous cysts. They are mostly benign but annoying. If they aren’t inflamed or infected, they should resolve by themselves. Try to put a hot compress to see if they drain.
However, since you have multiple, you should have it looked at by a doctor to confirm.
i did one day after I noticed the appeared on the other side . i literally went the day after .. they werent herpes. but my igg level came back .97 but neg .. i retested in oct . lets just pray for the best.
I don’t believe it’s herpes. But the doctor didn’t mention the possibility of a sebaceous cyst? You should still try to drain them with sitz bath or hot compress… you don’t want them to get inflamed…
