Helppp I’ve got these skin tags around my penis and pubic area

for the last couple of months ive had these weird sort of skin tags come up in my private area but more worringly on my actual penis, does anyone know what these could be?

Hi they could be warts? Have them checked

First two pictures seems to be Warts. Get it checked with doctor and they should perscribe a liquid by using which wart will fall off.
