Can anyone help me please. I am due to have the rafalio treatment in April in London but I have heard so many good reports about a surgeon in Birmingham and am tempted to cancel the one in London. I have grade 3 internal hemoroids that come out after every bm then I hav eto push them back inside normally in the shower I can still feel them but do not cause me pain just a little discomfort I'm so scared that I turn up for my appointment and they say they can't do it as they are grade 3 and quite large I see loads of stories where people have had this procedure done but do not mention grade of there hemoroids has anyone on here had this procedure and if so what grade was they also I have to fly to have them done then fly back to Northern Ireland the same day I'm so nervous please can someone let me know this is a picture of them as of today.
