They do look like haemorrhoids, maybe a skin tag left over from an old one that has decreased in size. I would try some ointment to keep them from getting more aggravated, but the most important thing is to avoid straining at all costs. Hope you feel better.

Those look like skin tags to me! I went years thinking i had external hems and i did not. I had one internal hem and two or three skin tags leftover.

Yes, if there is pressure in the area after a BM, you have a hem. Try ointment to see if it decreases in size. If the others are tags, those wont change until removed by surgery.
i am past the point if being fed up! in 2019 i had a hemorroidectomy then in 2020 i had surgery for a fissure and skin tag removal. then 2 weeksago i had botox for fissure and now hemms again! i have tried everything i dont know what else i can do

not really and my diet is overall quite good!
Hmm.. maybe a change in diet would help still! my gastro told me to cut out diary and gluten. I find myself struggling with constipation randomly so I have added a lot of fiber too.
