i was playing with myself recently and felt a small kind of hard lump around the opening of my anus that felt new. pretty sure i see a hemmroid here but the brown "mole" looking thing may be new? and i cant figure out if the mole or the hemmroid is whats hard or not.
i am at higher risk for hpv/warts/anal cancer but im 30 yo male. normal anal pap smear about 3/4 years ago.
have a doc appointment scheduled in a couple of weeks but hoping another skiled pair of eyes may be able to give me a better idea.

Hi, I see a small external hemorrhoid and a regular mole. It’s a good idea to have it checked but nothing seems really concerning.
At the meantime, you can try sitz bath to see if it shrinks.
if it is a hemorrhoid they also have little pads you can insert there and leave
