MY hemaglobin has been low so i was put on iron tablets for a month to see if it went higher . Had my full blood count after the months trial and the doctor rang me saying the results came back even lower . Has anyone experenced this and what did they do HELP .Im a 70 year old female .
Hi, you need to take vitamin C with the iron to help absorption.
