Showed up about a week ago. went to a women clinic to get it checked out but they didn't tell me anything. Itchy and kind hurts when touched, hurts a lot when wiping. Tried to look at some pictures on google to see if i could relate to either herpes or hemorrhoids and it kinda looks like both to be honest.

You have hemmrhoids i think but there are some pumps and ulcers. See a dermatologist. Herpes is possible
It does look like hemorroids to me, unsure about the ulcer type mark but the area could be very irritated/inflammed so doesn't necessarily mean it's herpes. Please let us know your results.

Looks just like mine, thought it was hemorrhoids, which it was but it was way more painful then normal ones. I had the same blister like pimples in the same area, very painful to wipe. Went and got swabbed and tested positive for hsv 1
