Haven’t had unprotected sex for about a year is it possible for a std to lay dormant for so long? Also could this be scabies which I knew i had about 6 months back from sharing a bed with a friend. There was a swollen lump on my scrotum as well with a small scab like it healed.
This is the swollen lump it has gone down and is almost not visible anymore but still some hard skin where it was.
Clearer pic of the red circular painless sores on penis head have not found anything similar on other search results please help

i cant really help you but i can say that i had pretty much the exact same thing happen in the middle of my shaft, mine doesnt hurt or anything its just like a small crater almost, im terrified its herpes so if you find out what it is let us know
might be syphilis. it presents as a sore or chancre or irritation. painless.
