It's been a while since I've written anything on here. I was doing fine then last night all of a sudden my vision started to get very blurry. I thought maybe I would just sleep it off. i kept waking up in panic every half an hour from midnight to around 4 am. Today I'm just dizzy and have a pounding headache. which of course the occasional sweating hands, and upset stomach with the feeling or death/something going wrong. I do not have insurance so I cant see a doctor right now. Does anyone have any tips that could help me out? Thanks!
Have no tips, I could use them myself… having the exact same issues.. Not so much blurry but fishbowl vision, with some dizzy type spells too. Really starts the anxiety ball rolling all the time… Hugs.
Try doing some breathing exercises this will slow down your heart rate and put more oxygen into your brain.
With you being anxious sometimes we cannot think straight, give it a try.
