i watched a TV show last night that was so funny I could not contain my belly laughs for an hour. can't recall the last time i laughed so hard. this morning i got up and my ribs and shoulder blades are in pain ! wanted to share that even something as "simple" as laughing too much can set off a cascade of events leading to pain. in retrospect it was still worth it and i am hoping the beneficial effects of laughter outweighs the pain i am in today.
I hope also Rocketman, some say laughter is the best medicine I happen to agree. ![]()
so what was the name of the TV show? I need a laugh!
check out comedian Sebastian Maniscalco on Netflix.
his stand-up comedy routine literally left me unable to catch my breath.
My family love watching Michael McIntyre especially the trip to the dentist sketch. So funny!!
I saw recently that a Psychiatrist recommended that anyone with depression should watch Billy Connolly (for the Brits and Colonies), or the equivalent commedian in US every day for 6 weeks. I fancy that idea, even if the ribs hurt.
Trouble is (for the English at least) he doesn’t come with subtitles …
