Hi, is this is herpes? I'm pretty sure it is...

I've been feeling very sore in my genital area. Initially it started with a rash on my thighs so I thought was due to the hot weather and getting very sweaty... eventually after a week or so I got an UTI and started to be very painful everytime I went for a wee. I got antibiotics and got better( for the past year I have been having uti's quite frequently, and even more now that I am 33 weeks pregnant) that's when I realised the blisters and since yesterday it looks as it spread to other parts of my genital area and thighs, it's a bit itchy but mainly I got a burning feeling. I've washed myself with salted water and it I feel a bit more relieved.
It look’s a bit like molloculum contagion especially around the thigh part. you should get it checked straight away as it can be treated. also tell your doctor asap as if herpes it can be dangerous for the baby if giving birth naturally
