started off as a small mark and got bigger withing days please any answers will help

what does it feel like? painful,itchy?
any other symptoms
any recent sexual encounters.

you need to get it looked at in person by a doctor.

i dont think its herpes to be honest.
i see you asked in another post about bed sores are your bed or chair bound?

you need a doctor to look at them! if there is no reason for trauma to the skin like that its something that should be assessed
