Herpes Blood Test : Recent or Past?

hi there,

can someone help me understand if my HSV-2 blood test is either a past infection or recent? and what is the timeframe that is considered recent?

my blood test was a 8.13 first time and a 8.49 second. also, how can i lower these numbers naturally?

how far apart were these blood tests? is a recent exposure a concern?

they were about 2 weeks apart,

there is no way to determine how long you have had herpes from igg blood test. Pretty much just confirms whether you have herpes or not. Apparently.
