Just found these bumps on the left side of my Labia. I’m genuinely unsure what they are. No pain, itching, no burning, no fever, no flu like symptoms,nothing. Randomly felt them while cleaning down there during a shower. I picked at them at first thinking they were sand particles since i have been swimming in the ocean lots latley. but when i picked them off they felt kind of rubbery and i looked down to find them bleeding. Even after i picked them, no pain.. im really unsure about what these are. Please i need help
