Hello everyone. 3 days ago, while I was masterbating in the shower I noticed a smal red dot on the head of my penis. For some reason I thought it would be a great idea to grab the bar soap and scrub my penis with it. I then used my fingers to scrub my penis with the soap form the soap bar to really clean through. After I got off the shower, I noticed a slight burn and irritation on my penis. Then around 20 min later more red dots began to develop and the burning and irritation increases. I went to the clinic immediately and got my blood drawn to see if I have Herpes. The young doctor said there’s a chance it could be Herpes, and now I’ve been depressed, anxious, and all sorts of negative feelings. I am now experiencing fever like symptoms, but the tricky thing is my roommate has had flu/fever for the past 3 weeks and I think the reason I have flu like symptoms is because of him (I’m praying to god that’s the case). Today, the red dots are peeling skin around or are forming crust as you can see on the pics. Someone please give me a second opinion I am freaking out.
