I noticed roughly a week ago that there have been some small bumps on the shaft of my penis/pubic hair region. I’m not sure if they are just from working out a lot and causing ingrown hairs or a rash due to sweat or if it may be genital warts. I am sexually active and have been with the same partner for 8 months without symptoms in the past. Once had an issue with a patch on the head of my penis that was deemed to contact dermatitis. Any ideas?! The hair has now grown out longer and i seem to have an acne outbreak in the pubic region. the bumps seem to be filled with a hard oil like plug or puss when i had accidently popped some.
