i believe my triggers are drinking alcohol and sex with too much friction

Could be, but very hard to tell at this point. It could also just be a pimple.
Is there any tingling, itching or pain? If there’s any change to its appearance, post an updated pic. It’s much easier to visually diagnose when you can see how the site develops over a 24 (or 48) hour time span.
