does that look like herpes. i had protected sex with this guy ive known for about 7 months two weeks ago. i looked down there cuz i noticed that my clitoris was kind of hurting. i saw this and freaked out. I’m also on my period and it has been on longer than a week. COULD THAT BE A FACTOR IN THAT RED SPOT??
to me yes it does look like it i dont know if its from the guy but i do know that your period can trigger it

In my own personal experience of genital herpes it does look like an outbreak of herpes. It is nothing to worry about but a visit to your doctors is recommended.
it disappeared after like one day
it went away after a few hours.
And i did scratch my clitoris with a bath sponge a couple of days before this appeared.
