my scrotum has been itching a bit for a couple of days. I got home from the gym one day, and as i was scratching I realized I had scratched a welt. The next night it was raw and flakey ulcer, now its a tiny ulcer almost healing. no pain, just itchy. The ulcer has a small clear discharge, but the same type of discharge you'd expect from a small cut or open wound. Its located on my scrotum, but when I'm erect its on the lower base of my penis shaft. is it an STI?
