Herpes or anal fissure or hemmoroid?

I'm incredibly worried and apologies for graphic image. 

That white thing with a red dot doesn't ooze or hurt or itch but only itches/I notice it after wiping or poking with it. It's located on a fold of skin but what the hell is it? Is it herpes or a anal fissure? Please help  

I think the purple looking thing is a hemmoroid as I have a history  of those. 

I I last had sex 4 weeks ago and haven't noticed anything blatantly obvious or painful (except for what's in my head) and I'm pretty sure I've never even had hsv1

Anyone?

I went to a normal doctor (not std specialist ) and hr said the inflamed area between my cheeks looked like  psoriasis and didn't see anything in the area to indicate herpes and he felt no need to swab anything. 

Im not sure if I feel comfortable with his diagnosis as he wasnt an std specialist and I've read that herpes doesn't always look the same and a normal gp may miss things  

I also am not 100 percent sure he found the spot?
