I have been for a long time (2 years or so) with problems with anal fissures. I’ve been thinking lately that it might be herpes but I’m not sure. It stings when going to the bathroom and some days I have intense itching
I get fissures as well, my doctor said it was because of my poop being too hard since ive had a pooping problem since birth. Theres this tasteless powder you can try but you cant get it over the counter.

No, i don’t think it’s herpes. If you’ve had anal sex it might be possible, but in all honesty it doesn’t like it to me.
