I went on a date with this woman via dating app it was going well we went back to her place and started having sex during sex the condom broke and I pulled out after a new condom and we continued then after she told me she had genital herpes but she hasn’t had an outbreak in years and female to make transfer rate is low . Since then I have been thinking I got it it has been a week since but I did not get any bumps on my penis or swollen lymph nodes but I do get slight tingling all over my body and slight burning when I pee once in a while and itching in the pubic hair. I read that the transfer rate is less than 10% I don’t know what to do please help.
u dont need to worry unless u get symptoms and your symptoms could be related to lots of other things the main thing to look out for would be blisters /sores

For me sounds like you are having anxiety , I dont see a reason you have herpes in your description, highly possible you are ok, dont worry, I think you should care only if you see clear symptoms.
