Looks like balanitis. I have similar for 2 years now. Suggestion: Visit the doctor and get all related check-ups done for peace of mind and maintain hygiene to relive the symptoms a bit. Also, if this issue recently started then don’t use steroid based anti fungal creams.

For the current condition, it is still the same as in the picture I uploaded. sometimes it still feels a little painful on the reddened skin. Right now, I was given some antibiotics by a doctor in my area.
what was the cause for the antibiotics the doctor say ? im having this issue too seems to not go away for nothing
