it looks like syphilis chancre sore to me .. if you had any unprotected oral or vaginal or anal…

id already went to clinic and the doctor gave 1 shot of penicillin without doing std testing.
he said same what u mentioned it..

and yes i have unprotected sex with same person 3 weeks ago.
but can the penicillin prevent the chancre starting to pop up later?

Yes, it can prevent primary chancres of syphilis .. You should take routine blood test of VDRL or TPHA test after 2 months of treatment

right now im so paranoid since i might have infected with syphilis..
and what im worrying is , do u think that do i have higher chances of getting risk if hiv too since i do have mutiple sores..?

you should worry about SECONDARY SYPHILIS and LATENT SYPHILIS , not about HIV ..

HIV causes by HIV VIRUS.. , Syphilis causes by BACTERIA .. Generally, if you google it HIV patients have higher chance of syphilis or vice versa

if you feel paranoid, Take HIV antibody test after 4 months

penicillin shots are better way to treat this
You should take routine syphilis test 3-6 months .. LATENT or teritary syphilis causes organ damage or affect brain or eyes if you left untreated.
