What does this look like? I think it is either ingrown hairs or folliculitis. Due to my curly pubic hair I tend to get ingrowns very often. I haven’t had sex since december(it was unprotected) and I got an IGG test 2 months after exposure and HSV 1 and HSV 2 both came back negative.
I also have the same bumps on my back, thigh and arm.

I sometimes have the same on my groin, I was given an antibiotic for folliculitus. either when you shaved or had a cut down below bacteria got in and can inflame the hair follicles. Best to ask a doctor for antibiotics because if your in the US, they wont give you most easy remedies without a doctors note. It doesnt go away by itself, but it is not life threatening
I did cut myself when i was trimming my hair, so your right maybe bacteria did get in there. Are yours painful? and yes i live in the US but I think it may he hard to get antibiotics with covid19 right now.
