Herpes or folliculitis?

I’ve had these bumps in my genital area for a couple days now, theres no pain or discomfort associated with it is it herpes?

i think , it might be excess oil bump, or jus a heat bump.

I vote not herpes for this one. Without pain, tingling, discomfort I would say not herpes given the size of them.
