Herpes or Fordyce spots ?

NEED HELP!!! im going to see a doctor to get a blood test just wanted a opinion on weather or not these looks like herpes or fordyce spots. the bumps/lumps only become noticable when i stretch the skin or add a lot of pressure to the area , they do not hurt nor do they cause any itching or painful feeling. they are super small unless pressure is applied and they are only located on the shaft. ive never really noticed them till about 2/2 a half weeks ago once i was told ive been exposed to someone who has the herpes virus but i never really looked for lumps in the area to begin with till then, so they could've been there from months or years ago. i just dont know
