My last sexual encounter was 5 months ago. I’ve been battling epididymitis for the last month, and none of the antibiotic treatments I’d been receiving had helped. Aside from that, I had no pain or issues going on, but I masturbated and all of a sudden after I finished, I felt a sting on the skin of my penis where some of the semen landed, and I looked to find this. I did go at it dry and vigorously. Does this look like herpes or just a really bad friction burn?
