A few weeks ago maybe even a month ago i had two little bumps connected but they went away. Recently I noticed a bump in the same area as the last one (buttocks/ crack). Im scared as hell. Please help me. I thought it was a carbuncle but I honestly don't know

I put a warm rag on it and it went down in 3 nights of doing it
still looks like herpes love. the ulcers and yellow are uncanny. if i were you i’d go see a doctor.
