i had unprotected sex with a guy about 2-3 weeks ago because this was the morning and nothing looked abnormal the night before. Now, i have this patch of raw skin on my inner labia and these spots. i have been advised that these spots are likely just fordyce spots that i hadnt noticed before because i never paid attention. I had just shaved a little before I noticed the patch of redness so it could just from being itchy down there due to shaving. But now that skin has opened up (but still only red) and I’m nervous it’s a herpes ulcer?? But it was extremely itchy before so maybe the itching/rubbing it caused it the thin the skin? I have an appointment with my gyno in a week bc i needed one anyways, but wanted thoughts before that. I have considered the thought that it was a yeast infection but i don’t have the thick, white discharge associated with that.
