So I’ve noticed a few bumps on my scrotum as well as some red spots on my groin region. I’m wondering if these could possibly be herpes. I’ve had some unprotected oral sex in the last couple of weeks. i should mention that I’ve also had small white bumps along the base of my penis since I was a virgin but never noticed them on my scrotum. The white bump in the image pops like a pimple along with a waxy non-liquid pus. Both of these lesions/sores have no pain and any itchiness has come from areas not directly touching the sores.
What do you all make of this?
