Herpes or razor infection??

I woke up with an itchy sensation. They arent painful but they do itch from rubbing on them with toilet paper. Urinating kind of stings in the one closest to the urethra. The night before I noticed them, I shaved with an old razor.. and then immediatly had (rough) intercourse with my boyfriend after. Got swabbed at urgent care this morning, but results will take 5-10 days so just want to know what I should prepare myself for

it sort of does look like herpes. but with herpes it is tricky to visually diagnose. there are some users who had sores that looked like herpes but their swabs were negative and it ended up being a bacterial infection cleared with antibiotics. it is very good you went and got swabbed early, I am hoping you don’t have herpes and that it is just bacterial infection from the razor.

usually herpes has clustered sores so remain hopeful you may get lucky! best of luck

Negative for herpes and other STD’s! Assuming dirty razor and sex led to infected follicles
