im panicking. I haven’t had any flu like symptoms or fatigue. I went to poo one day and it was really painful. So unbearable that I didnt finish. There were no bumps that day. A couple of days pass and the irritation and burning sensation is still there and now these bumps are visible. I can poo with much, much more comfort now, but these bumps are still there. last time i had anal sex was the day before it hurt to poo the first time. it’s been a week. please someone help. im nervous.
