hi so for the last 3 months i have been suffering from really painful boils/ cyst on my bum cheek. i am now wondering if these are herpes. 2 of them have become really infected and i needed antibiotics the nurse advised i was lucky they did not need draining. All of them have been on my left bum cheek. i woke up yesterday with the same painful boil type thing but on the left side of my vagina. i have included a pic of this one. They have always started as a single bump. The two on my bum were badly infected and leaked alot of yellow puss which i no is not typical for herpes but i am wondering could this have been a herpe that got infected. please help 
doesnt look like herpes. It is quite unlikely to be herpes.
