Is this herpes or something else. I went to my doctor and there were no test kits available so therefore I don't officially know if i have herpes or not. Now that these bumps are gone there's no way to test unless i get another outbreak(in which it'd probably be obvious at that point imo). The only symptom was some itching but that was usually if i somehow agitated that area. No pain, no discharging nothing. i even put 90% rubbing alcohol on it multiple times, which i later read that it does nothing but sting for herpes, however it doesnt even sting at.
I also got tested for everything else as a precaution and everything back back good except for syphilis in which my doctor told me that there are a handful of false positives with syphilis. I am getting a more extensive test to make sure about that very soon. could this be syphilis? i heard that syphilis looks like other things but is the internet.
At this point I'm at a loss here. Can anyone shed some light on this for me pls
id recommend getting an igg antibody blood test done to rule out herpes & to repeat the syphillis test
