Herpes or something else?

I have no idea what these are.. But I haven't had oral or vaginal sex in over a year.. They don't itch.. They aren't sore or oozing or painful.. Anyone know what they are and can put me out of my misery?

forgot what they are called but it’s normal to get these, always get tested though it doesnt hurt to know for sure

the worst it can possibly be is warts based on my opinion but the body eventually clears the body of the virus.
