The one I posted here is on scrotum by itself. Not painful. It is red ish.

i also had something on my thigh like a pimpel and that one did hurt now its gone.

There are a couple other strange spots which I posted in the other post and those are also loners but way smaller but there is 2 and those ones are on my penis shaft those are normal skin coler and they do not hurt
