Male 22, Backstory: 3-4 months ago i had a one night stand, oral and vaginal, unprotected.
I tested positive for chlamydia a week or 2 after that. Went on antibiotics and symptoms disappeared.
Then back in December (24th to be exact) i got a red rash on my penis head. The rash went away after 1-2 days (I applied hydrocortisone). It was itchy but nothing more.
Since then i’ve had back and forth symptoms (they don’t seem consistent with herpes). Symptoms are: White substance under foreskin, Sometimes red and dry penis and a small red spot on the shaft. No pain when i pee, no shooting pain in legs, thighs or buttocks (i have an injury in my lower back so i do have back pain, but i can’t determine that to be from herpes). I’ll add photos so you can see. Usually symptoms disappear over night/few days. Then they can come back.
