hello i had unprotected sex about 2 months ago i was so scared then these showed up randomly a few days ago ive actually had the bigger ones for years? but anyway they hadn't been bothering me now im a little irritated down mostly sore mostly when there is moisture I'm thinking the irritation is from the friction because i work 10 hours a day constantly walking but no bleeding no scabbing or open skin any thoughts or remedies ? :(
